Pet parents ask about snoring?
Levels of improvement is variable for every dog & is not guaranteed or a goal of surgery
While surgery can dramatically improve a dog’s breathing & alleviate many symptoms, it’s important to remember that BOAS is a progressive condition.
Some dogs may continue to experience a certain degree of snoring or heat intolerance, especially in later life or if the surgery is performed at an older age or if the dog is overweight.
